Here’s the thing. You can do this as ratios. For every 1 measure of cornstarch, add 3 of sugar, 3 of cocoa and 12 of water. This works no matter whether you use a tablespoon, or a cup, or a leftover cream-cheese tub as your measure. However, if you use a cup measure for your ratios, you’ll need a very large bowl to hold the 19 cups of stuff.
